Before, the benefits of ammonia as a refrigerant were only found in large units used in industrial refrigeration. However, the AMONUM from ENGIE Refrigeration is now the first ammonia chiller in the power range between 50 and 157 kW.

Of particular interest for the operator: ANOMUM chillers are extremely compact and delivered from the factory filled up with refrigerant and pre-assembled – they only require connection on site and are ready for use. Assembly costs are therefore low and installation is simple. As the AMONUM can be used with less than 10 kg of refrigerant it can also be used in any machine room provided that it is not accessible to the public.
